Estate Agency Reports 300% Increase in New Instructions thanks to Brand Overhaul by Communications Agency Fanatic

Estate agency Morgan Beddoe has seen a 300% increase in new instructions in the Private Treaty side of their business thanks to a brand overhaul by communications agency Fanatic. During a time filled with uncertainty in the housing market generally, this figure seems pretty impressive to say the least; how did Fanatic achieve the impossible?

Commercial Director Laura Thorne exaplains: "Our original brief was to increase awareness of the private treaty side of the business, as the general feedback from customers was that Morgan Beddoe 'only did auctions'. Whilst they were pleased to be well known for their expertise in that area, it was important to expand sales. The creative allowed for each element of the business to be clearly identified by target audiences, which was reflected in marketing collateral business wide. From boards, shop displays and frontage to the website."
