Ian started as the only Fanatic. As Creative Director he focuses on the creative output of the company, and is always coming up with ideas for new and interesting ways for clients to communicate their brands, and working with the team to make them happen. He is growing Fanatic and building the team through encouraging and motivating others to achieve full potential. He enjoys challenges and relishes opportunities.
